Caretaking Your Own Well-being

During the rush of the quarter, we tend to focus our energies on our students and their needs, but it's important to caretake your own well-being as well.

The Associate Director serves as a resource and support for the instructors themselves, who may experience their own level of stress or anxiety as they navigate different student issues.  For additional support, you could to reach out to the Faculty/Staff Help Center, which offers confidential, professional consultation and counseling for both personal and workplace issues. 

You're also strongly encouraged to attend to your personal health and work/life balance through participation in many of the great programs, events and classes available through Stanford.  More specifically, look into the resources and opportunities available through the following:
